Lulu Chen has covered Asia’s financial and technology landscape for more than a decade. She’s a multiple-time co-winner of The Society of Publishers in Asia Award, a frequent commentator on Bloomberg TV, Bloomberg QuickTake and Radio, BBC and ABC. Her book Influence Empire: Inside the Story of Tencent and China’s Tech Ambition was shortlisted for FT Business Book of the Year and a Times Business Book of the Year.
She has broken hundreds of exclusives on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions and funding scoops on Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, and the venture capital and startup industry. She currently works as Bloomberg Asia Managing Editor for Finance, Investing & Wealth.
